Maple & Ash Comes to Seaport
Maple & Ash will debut in Boston in April 2026, bringing the celebrated steakhouse from chef and restaurateur Danny Grant and Maple Hospitality Group to the city’s Seaport neighborhood.
Known for its high-energy dining rooms and unapologetically indulgent approach to the American steakhouse, Maple & Ash has become a standout in Chicago, Scottsdale, and Miami.
The menu centers on wood-fired, dry-aged Butcher’s Reserve cuts and signature seafood towers from the hearth, paired with rare wines and cocktails that arrive with a sense of occasion. Alongside Maple & Ash classics, the Boston menu will feature a few locally inspired additions that nod to the city’s coastal traditions. It is a steakhouse that delivers the luxury guests expect while giving them permission to have a little more fun with it.
