Maple & Ash Dining Dress Code

We love that you are joining us at Maple & Ash! There is no better place to enjoy great friends, great food, and lots of fun. To maintain the elevated environment of Maple & Ash, all guests should dress to impress: elegant and chic. This means no baseball caps, athletic t-shirts, athletic wear, faded or ripped denim. Tailored shorts are permitted. Excessive displays of skin and overly sheer clothing are not permitted. No athletic sneakers. Open-toed shoes are not permitted for gentlemen. Should anyone not meet these expectations, you may be asked to leave and change into appropriate attire.

FIRE ROASTED SEAFOOD TOWER

This is a departure from the cold icy towers of most steakhouses. Straight from the hearth, this sizzling hot collection of seafood includes Maine lobster, Alaskan king crab, Gulf shrimp, Manila clams, roasted oysters, and seared scallops, finished with a garlic butter/chili oil.
